D R N Z offers a comprehensive and supportive Personalised Mentoring Programme, which aims to support you to enhance your life.

Here’s an overview of what we offer:

  • 8 modules, with your personal mentor, via FaceTime, or on Zoom.

Topics featured include

  • Getting to know each other and agreeing on the process for managing the sessions.
  • Exploring your current interests and abilities, and how these can translate into increasing your social networks and employment prospects.
  • Discussion of your dreams, and exploring beyond simple problem-solving to achieve these.
  • Development of a written action plan with practical steps to turn goals into achievements.
  • Addressing and resolving barriers to achieving these goals.
  • Examining positive disclosure, including what this means, and deciding if it’s appropriate for you.
  • Tips on what to consider and how to prepare for Job Interviews.
  • Evaluation of self-Employment, including the pros, cons, and available funding.

The Personalised Mentoring Programme also includes

  • access to the D R N Zed Life Action Planning Tool, for completion and ongoing use by you.

Optional Extras include

  • A resume tailored especially for you.
  • A standard Letter you can modify and use for various Job Applications.

Cost

The cost for the full 8-module Personalised Mentoring Programme conducted via facetime or zoom is $1,600.00 NZD.
The production of a personalised standard letter for job applications, and a resume is an optional extra, usually costing $600.00 NZD. This cost is discounted by 20% as a special offer, for those who are also undertaking the Personalised Mentoring Programme.
The total cost of the full programme, all materials including the DRNZ Life Action Planning tool, plus the production of a standard letter and resume, is $2,080.00 NZD.
